    • be prepared if you buy this book. I paid 12$ for it and had I seen it first hand , I would never have bought it. It is only 90 pages long , double spaced and certainly lacks information. Not at all pleased.
    • Very little new information & not enough to justify purchase cost. Quite a disappointment when compared to hype praising the book
    • This book has been very helpful for me. I am very pleased with this book. Would definitely recommend this book. I am a nurse and am fully aware of the need for preventative options for health and quality of life.Book gives good advice on changing diet to reduce inflammation.
