- As an experience designer, I feel like I've been waiting for this book all my life. It's delightfully laid out, easy to read, and packed with helpful examples and methods for doing excellent work in service- and experience design. I've never seen a book with such thoughtful and inclusive collaboration from so many practicing experts. Reading it is like drinking from a firehose of wisdom.
- This book is a follow-on to This is Service Design Thinking --also worth reading-- however has a practical approach that one can pick up and as the title states start doing. At the top of my recommendation list
- The body of knowledge is for those willing to master the co-creative and collaborative techniques and methods presented in the previous book, but with deeper understanding.
- Love the book, TONS of great information. It would have been nice for to put it in a box instead of a flimsy envelope so the corner didn’t get crushed.
- Worth the read if youre interested in the mechanics of Service Design.
- The book isn’t cheap, but I would still recommend it to anyone with an interest in understanding the practical application of Aervice Design.
